Preparation for Site Visit

Please, before the visit, have the following:

• Please calculate 12 months of recent Gas and Electric Bills by dollar amount.  Have the totals available for site visit.
• Please clear the Access to your crawlspace and attics.  If the attic access is in a closet please move clothing, shoes ect. as there is a possibility of insulation falling from the attic. Please make sure access to the crawl space is cleared for easy entry.
• Please make clear access to the furnace/boiler and waterheater.
• Please clean ashes out of fireplaces and woodstoves otherwise the blower door may pull the ashes into your home.
